One muzic was founded in August 2002 and since then, has became one of the fastest growing urban music sites on the web, attracting hundreds of visitors each week.

Since the beginning, one muzic has always been part of the worldwide internet network 8k.com along with many other sites and has recently been awarded the site of the year 2002 by 8k.com. Also in September 2002, one muzic was awarded the 'site of the month' by MTV base.

One muzic is committed to bringing its visitors the very latest news, charts, lyrics and much more, through an easy to use and uncluttered site unlike others which are full of annoying adverts. The site has recently been updated with chat rooms, message boards and even the capability to listen to all the latest urban tunes. This gives visitors, reasons to keep coming back, because these small interactive features offer practicality and fun for visitors of all ages. In October 2002, one muzic introduced its 'exclusive members area' (which is now known as the 'VIP' area) where you can listen to even more urban tunes and videos. This (as with any of our other features) is free and there is no need to even register.
